SHIPPING

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.

We offer UPS shipping for domestic orders, and DHL for international orders. You can track parcels via UPS or DHL’s websites.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please email customerservice@area.nyc with your order number and reason for return. Additionally, make sure you meet the following requirements:

- The return must be generated within 14 days of its delivery date.

- The item must be in its original condition. This means we’ll only accept your return if the item was not worn and unaltered.

- The return must include the item’s original packaging and attached tags.*

*In the case of returning footwear, please make sure to include the original shoe box, as this is considered part of the product.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable and domestic return fees will be covered via USPS. International return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

AREA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not follow our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, please email customerservice@area.nyc with your order number and reason for exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed to send you an email to confirm receipt of item in addition to the status of your refund, whether approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Once processed, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note your bank or financial institution might require additional time to process the refund to your account.
